Fees and payment
The conference fee is £240 GBP ($289 USD); this includes both days of the conference and the dinner on the evening of 24 May.
The guest fee is £62 ($75 USD) for each guest. The guest fee only includes the formal dinner on the evening of 24 May.
Payment can be made either by PayPal or bank transfer. Following the submission of this form, delegates will receive payment information by email from the CALC Treasurer. Please allow 2-3 working days for this email to arrive.
Group invoices can be arranged, see "registration" below.
Cancellation policy
If you decide to cancel before 17 April you will be charged: £20 GBP ($24 USD)
If you decide to cancel between 18 April and 15 May you will be charged: £100 GBP ($120 USD)
If you decide to cancel after 16 May you may not receive a full refund depending on your circumstances.
A delegate may be substituted by another person without charge but please inform us as soon as possible.
Registration
Please register by 9 May 2023. Late applications may not be accepted.
If you would like to register as a group, each member will need to submit a separate registration form and state which group booking they belong to. The group will then receive a joint invoice.
If you are registering as an individual you do not need to complete the sections relating to group bookings.

Welcome pack
Following the submission of this form, delegates will receive an email confirmation with a link to a welcome pack. Please allow 2-3 working days for this email to arrive. Please also check your junk folder if the email doesn't arrive in your main mailbox. The welcome pack will contain all the information needed to assist you in planning your visit. Delegates will need to make their own transport arrangements and hotel reservations.
Social events
Please note social events for the days surrounding the conference will only be arranged should there be sufficient interest. These events may incur additional charges. Further information on these events will be shared in due course.
